Only for the parts that involve your decisions. Most clients stay available for the initial sorting, then step away while we install, label, and style. If you prefer to be present the whole time, that works too.

Do you help me decide what to keep?

Yes. We guide the edit with clear questions and zero judgment, and we never pressure you to part with anything. You always hold the final say on every item in your home.

Do you purchase organizing products?

We source and shop for you. After your consultation we recommend containers, hangers, labels, and shelving suited to your space, then handle purchasing, delivery, and returns. Product costs are billed separately at cost.

Do you handle donations?

Yes. We sort, bag, and coordinate removal, and route items to local Houston-area donation partners. One carload typically leaves with us at the end of a project day.

Can you organize while I am away?

Absolutely. Many clients approve the plan, share access, and come home to a finished space. We document decisions in advance so nothing important is moved or released without your approval.

Do you offer move-in and unpacking services?

We do. Move-In & Downsizing covers the pre-move edit, unpacking, kitchen and closet setup, and full organization of your new home — often within a few days of your move.

How long does a project take?

A single closet or pantry is usually one day. Garages and multi-room projects typically run two to four days, and whole-home resets are phased across several weeks. You receive a firm schedule with your Reset Plan.

Do you work with existing closet systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We maximize the shelving and rods you already have first, and only recommend added shelving, hardware, or a custom build when the space genuinely calls for it.

Is my home and personal information kept private?

Always. We work discreetly, never share client names or addresses, and photograph projects only with your written permission. Faces, documents, and personal details are never published.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes — through Maintenance Resets and The Reset Membership, which include scheduled refresh visits, seasonal rotations, donation removal, and priority booking.
